Summer Evening Short Pilgrimages

What could be more enjoyable than a short walk of an hour or two, for just a few miles, on a warm balmy summer evening, finishing with a stop at a country pub for a drink to relax and reflect on the experience?

These walks are particularly planned with people in mind who are not able to walk longer distances but who would appreciate a stroll of around 5 miles, at a more leisurely pace.  We will learn how to go slowly and peacefully.  Some walks will be in silence, others will incorporate stops for reflection.  We will start around 5.00pm and finish around 8.00pm (except where indicated otherwise), taking advantage of the long British summer evenings.
